Take the I-405 to the I-90 West (Marina Fwy) until it ends.   Continue to LIncoln Blvd, turn Right (North) to Washington Blvd, turn Left (West).  Contunie on Washington Blvd. to Via Marina and turn Left (South).  Continue to a large  complex on the Right (West) side of the street.

Complex is called "Kingswood Village" and is marked "4121-4169 Via Marina". Building is across the street from the Marina Market
